Razin Group Holding s.a.l. was originally founded in 1956 by the Ayoubi family, under the name of ADC - Arab Development Company. It operated in principal areas of industrial specialization that included carrying out geological and geophysical investigations, hydro geological surveys, water well drilling and land development.

ADC, a leading regional company in the water well drilling sector, eventually evolved, grew and progressed from transitional partnerships, becoming Razin Group Holding s.a.l. founded in Beirut, Lebanon.

Throughout the past five decades of operation  , and before venturing out as independent competitors in the international arena, Razin's founders invested their invaluable resources to build a solid network of operations throughout most of the Middle East and North African region (MENA), whereby they had been able to actively assist in the development of business interests of the many international companies with whom they had previously established and maintained solid working relationships over the past half century.
