History

Razin Group Holdings.a.l, was founded in 1956 by the Ayoubi family under the name ADC-Arab Development Company. ADC originally operated in the areas of geological and geophysical investigations, hydro geological surveys, water well drilling and land development.

Successful in its endeavors, ADC established itself as the leading water well drill services company in the region and experienced a natural evolution and growth within the company and eventually becoming Razin Group Holding s.a.l, founded in Beirut, Lebanon.

Knowledgeable and experienced in international industry and business, the founders of Razin Group Holding have invested over 50 years of their time, expertise and resources in building a solid network throughout most of the Middle East and North African region (MENA) in order to create a strong pipeline of relationships and business services. Because of this ingenious foresight, Razin has been able to aid in the development of numerous business interests for dozens of international companies across throughout the world.
